Desired Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Active AHA BLS certification (required)
• Proven proficiency with current radiation therapy technologies and protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills, compassionate patient care, and effective communication
• Adaptability and motivation to excel in travel assignments outside a 50-mile radius

Responsibilities:

• Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments as prescribed
• Operate and maintain linear accelerators and related equipment
• Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and medical physicists to develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide clear guidance and emotional support to patients and their families
• Accurately document treatments, noting responses and adaptations when needed
