Key Qualifications

ARRT certification in Mammography required

Current state license as applicable

Minimum of 1 year recent experience in mammography imaging

Proficiency with digital mammography equipment and PACS systems

Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-relations skills

Adaptability to new clinical settings

BLS certification

Principal Responsibilities

Perform high-quality mammography exams as ordered by physicians

Maintain patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout procedures

Verify and document patient histories and procedural details

Collaborate closely with radiologists and technologists for optimal outcomes

Monitor equipment functionality and support quality assurance protocols

Accurately capture and store images using digital/PACS systems
