This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-level outpatient imaging environment utilizing advanced Siemens MRI technology across multiple locations in the Greensboro area. This role is ideal for highly skilled MRI Technologists who are comfortable working independently, as each MRI machine is staffed with one technologist per scanner. Candidates should have strong clinical experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The department utilizes Siemens 1.5T and 3T MRI systems, and experience with breast biopsy assistance, research studies, and IV starts is highly preferred. Technologists will work three 12-hour shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours, with scheduling flexibility required for any assigned shifts Monday through Sunday. This assignment offers excellent work-life balance with no nights and no on-call responsibilities while providing valuable experience in a specialized imaging environment. Compensation: Weekly pay: Approximately $2,400 Includes untaxed stipends for eligible travelers Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available 401(k) options available Weekly direct deposit Responsibilities: Perform MRI procedures according to physician orders and department protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures Operate Siemens 1.5T and 3T MRI equipment safely and effectively Assist with breast biopsies and research studies as needed Start IVs independently for contrast procedures Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide quality patient care Follow MRI safety standards and department procedures Skills: Strong attention to detail Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of MRI safety procedures and protocols Experience using Epic electronic medical records Qualifications/Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field ARRT (MR) Certification required Experience: 5+ years of MRI Technologist experience required for contract consideration Experience assisting with breast biopsies preferred Experience with research studies preferred Experience working with Siemens MRI equipment preferred Ability to independently start IVs required Epic experience required MRSO certification preferred Work Hours: Three 12-hour day shifts per week, 36 guaranteed hours; flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday, no nights or on-call required Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
