Full-Time/Variable Shift

$6,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated ultrasound equipment, taking into account individual patient's special or age-related needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer or
    • Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer Temporary.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • Upon hire: New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire.
  • Upon hire: New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years Clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
  • 2 years OBGYN sonography experience for 612-71875, 612-71877, 612-71878, 612-71882, 612-71883, 612-71884
