Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Silver Spring, MD as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images. You will collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and other clinicians to support patient care and imaging workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years CT technologist experience.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or Radiography with CT registry eligibility as applicable.
• BLS certification.
• Experience operating multi-slice CT scanners and performing contrast-enhanced CT studies.
• Experience working in an acute hospital setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience performing a broad range of diagnostic and contrast CT procedures, including trauma and advanced vascular imaging.
• Experience with PACS and radiology information systems (RIS).

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1700-0330.
• Workdays: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday.
• No call shifts.
