Echo Ultrasound Tech Cardiac Sonographer

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer. Use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
• Minimum 2 years of echocardiography experience, including transthoracic echocardiography.
• Experience performing dobutamine stress echocardiography.
• BLS certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, medical terminology, basic physics, biology, and anatomy.
• Ability to perform preliminary echocardiographic measurements, summarize diagnostic data, and communicate findings to managers or requesting physicians.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of personal and health-sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RDMS credential preferred if not already listed among primary certifications.
• Bilingual or multi-lingual skills appropriate to the patient population served.

Assignment Details

• Shift type: Flex shifts with variable schedule, working five 8-hour shifts.
• Every other weekend rotation required.
