What You Can Expect:

  • Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts, 8am-8pm, variable days.
  • On-call coverage is required only for holidays occurring on Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. No regular evening, overnight, or weekend call responsibilities.
  • Average of 7 per day including abdominal, small parts, GYN , first trimester, procedures and pediatrics with limited venous extremity vascular exams.
  • Phillips Epic 7 equipment
  • St. Lukes Wood River is a Critical Access Hospital nestled within a resort community filled with high recreation. The Medical Imaging team prides themselves on a uniquely collaborative relationship between providers and technologists with open, free communion with Radiologists and inhouse providers.

Minimum Qualifications for this Role:

  • Education: Associate degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Licenses/Certifications:
  • Must have current certification in one of the following areas: Abdomen ( RDMS -AB), Breast ( RDMS -BR), OBGYN ( RDMS - OBGYN ) from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography ( ARDMS ) or Sonography ( ARRT -S) from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ( ARRT ).
  • Current Basic Life Support ( BLS ) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
