Become a vital part of a hospital team in Columbus, OH as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images that support patient care. Professional collaboration with radiologists, nursing staff, and other clinicians is required to ensure safe, timely imaging services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience, including clinical experience operating multislice CT scanners.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent educational credential.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration in CT or ARRT (R) with CT eligibility and documented CT training.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience performing contrast administration and monitoring patients for reactions.
- Experience working in an acute care hospital environment preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with trauma and emergency department CT protocols.
- Previous night shift or 10-hour shift experience preferred.
- Familiarity with PACS and radiology information systems.
