CT Technologist in North Charleston, SC

Take on a dynamic role performing CT imaging in a thriving hospital environment with advanced technology and a supportive team. The position offers hands-on experience with leading-edge equipment such as GE 64 Rev Evo and GE 128 Rev EVO CT scanners and utilizes the Meditech documentation system. Youll gain exposure to a range of patient care situations, including trauma, stroke, and emergency/inpatient exams, contributing directly to critical patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• Friday-Sunday, including rotational coverage for holidays
• Expected to work every other weekend alongside hospital staff

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent CT imaging experience
• Active ARRT(R)(CT) certification
• Current CPR certification
• SCRQSA credential required
• Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity situations
• Professionalism and reliability in working scheduled shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans for trauma, stroke, emergency room, and inpatient cases
• Safely operate GE CT imaging equipment according to protocol
• Accurately document procedures and patient records in Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with technologists, unit support staff, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to stringent hospital and imaging department policies
• Maintain patient safety and satisfaction throughout the imaging process
