This opportunity places you at the forefront of rapid care delivery as an Imaging X-ray professional in a modern ambulatory urgent care center. In this multifaceted role, youll deliver essential X-ray services ordered by urgent care providers, plus enjoy broad exposure to both patient-facing and clinical operationsfrom front office administrative tasks to assisting with back-office clinical duties.

Schedule/Hours

Qualifications

  • Associates degree from an accredited college required
  • ARRT certification and current state licensure as a radiologic technologist
  • Active CPR/BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years experience in urgent care or emergency room setting preferred
  • Technological proficiency, especially with EMRs (EPIC preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent bedside manner, communication, and organizational skills
  • Energetic, team-oriented attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform X-ray exams per provider orders
  • Prepare radiology suite and equipment, ensuring protocols for patients of all ages
  • Triage, room patients, and accurately document clinical information in the EMR
  • Collect/process specimens and assist with minor procedures
  • Support front office: greet/register patients, process payments
  • Maintain exam room cleanliness and inventory
  • Assist in onboarding new team members
