Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform X-ray exams as ordered, ensuring quality imaging and accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Greet, register, and assist patients; process payments and support front office operations
  • Triage patients, obtain and process specimens for point-of-care testing, and facilitate lab send-outs
  • Assist with minor clinical procedures and maintain exam/procedure rooms for patient safety
  • Monitor receipt of images and coordinate with the Radiology department for timely results
  • Participate in new staff training and support overall daily clinic operations

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Associates degree from an accredited college required
  • Current state licensure as a radiologic technologist, ARRT license, and CPR/BLS certification required
  • At least 2 years of urgent care or ER experience preferred
  • Expertise in EMR systems, ideally EPIC, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding bedside manner, strong patient care and customer service, effective communication, independent problem-solving, and organizational skills
