Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:Extensive CT background with experience working on older GE and Siemens CT scanners, as well as Siemens, Fuji, and GE X-ray and C-arm equipment.

Required Credentials:Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:RTO must be listed at time of submission.Open to accommodating block schedule.Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility.Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment.All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Unit Details:Low-volume CT setting in a specialty rehabilitation hospital with inpatient rehabilitation and LTACH/ICU imaging coverage.CT and X-ray coverage, including a GE 16 slice scanner, Siemens portable X-ray, and GE C-arm for MBS studies.-Parking Cost: Parking is free

Shift & Scheduling:Primarily Monday-Thursday.2-3 nights of call per week.Weekend coverage required.70 hours per 2 weeks.

Floating Requirements:Should expect to float to Providence Alaska Medical Center to assist with staffing needs; PAMC is 3 miles away (approximately 10-minute drive).

5 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
