Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. No weekend shifts required No on-call obligations Key Responsibilities: Deliver accurate radiation therapy treatments using a Varian Trilogy linear accelerator Collaborate with other radiation therapists and oncology team members to ensure optimal patient care Document procedures and patient progress using ARIA and Epic EMR systems Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Provide clear communication and compassionate support to patients undergoing radiation therapy Qualifications: Licensed by the State of Illinois (IEMA) as a Radiation Therapist Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), holding the R.T.(R)(ARRT) credential Demonstrable experience with Varian linear accelerators, specifically the Trilogy model Skilled in using ARIA software and Epic EMR Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit day shift team Strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills Comfortable wearing grey scrubs as part of standard attire This contract position offers an immediate start date and the opportunity to gain valuable experience with advanced equipment in a supportive environment.
