Position responsibilities
Directs PN Program
Managing staff, students, and budget
Ensures compliance with a variety of agencies
202 days/year, 37.5 hours/week
Position Requirements
A program administrator, qualified under 244 CMR 6.04(2)(a), shall be appointed to administer the program on a full-time basis.
Hold a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license in good standing.
Possess a current Master's Degree, major in nursing. All degrees must be earned from accredited college or university.
Have a minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in nursing, or the equivalent, within the past 8 years, including at least 3 years in nursing education.
Maintain expertise appropriate to administrative responsibilities.
Satisfy the certification requirements of the State Department of Education, Division of Occupational Education as a Supervisor/Director of Vocational-Technical Programs.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.

Salary:$118,000 to $133,000 Per Year
