Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Multiple Shifts Available

Shift: Monday to Friday (No Weekends) - 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an RN, you will have the opportunity to work three 12-hour shifts per week, providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact on patient outcomes and enhance your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to established protocols and standards.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring patients' responses.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on the unit of practice.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
