Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator NYC Fashion Brand

Solar Eclipse New York is a contemporary, hand-crafted accessories brand designed in NYC and beloved worldwide. We specialize in small-batch, sustainable designs that combine artistry, fashion, and function. Our collections are sold through leading retailers, international partners, and our own e-commerce channels.

Were looking for a creative, driven Marketing Coordinator to join our small, passionate team. This is an exciting on-site role where youll have a big impact with a fast-growing brand.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow influencer partnerships (ShopMy platform & beyond)

Coordinate product gifting and track performance

Assist with photoshoots, content creation, and campaign execution

Update website, product listings, and marketing materials

Support wholesale marketing initiatives for retail partners

Assist with brand events, pop-ups, and trade shows

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent writing and communication skills

Passion for fashion, social media, and brand storytelling

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment

Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)

Prior marketing or fashion experience a plus, but not required
