Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical imaging services to our patients. If you have a strong background in medical imaging and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.
Applicants should have minimum 3 years experience with Siemens CT/CAT scanner (Somatom Sensation 64 eco Basic) with both contrast and non-contrast studies. Certification in CT/CAT required. No nights or weekends.
Duties
- Perform diagnostic evaluations using CT scanning equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them
- Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort during scans
- Operate CT scanning equipment and adjust settings as necessary
- Monitor patients during procedures and address any concerns or complications
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret scan results
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment
Requirements
- Experience with Siemens equipment
- Valid certification as a CT Technologist
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care
