If so, Lancesoft Inc is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join our oncology care team in Springfield, MO. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact on patients’ cancer journeys while working with a supportive clinical team.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments using advanced linear accelerator equipment

• Accurately position patients and verify treatment fields through imaging techniques

• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Dosimetrists, and Medical Physicists to ensure treatment accuracy

• Monitor patients during therapy sessions, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal response

• Maintain accurate treatment records and patient documentation

• Ensure compliance with all radiation safety, quality assurance, and infection control protocols

Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program

• ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy (Required)

• Active Missouri State Radiation Therapy License (Required)

• Current BLS Certification (Required)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Radiation Therapy experience

• Prior travel contract experience strongly preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced imaging verification systems (e.g., Cone Beam CT, EPID)

• Familiarity with treatment planning software (e.g., Eclipse, MOSAIQ, ARIA)

• Strong communication and patient support skills in oncology care settings
