iHire: Hi, Jen! Can you tell our job seekers a little bit more about PetWell Partners?

Jen Battle: PetWell Partners was founded in 2013 with the sincere belief that pets deserve high-quality medical care and that their families should always be well informed. We felt it was time to reinterpret the family-owned practice model and bring it to scale. Since then, we’ve been working hard to identify and invest in great clinics.

iHire: As a Recruiter for PetWell Partners, what is your role in recruiting?

JB: My role is to find compassionate veterinarians for our hospitals. Our top priority is finding the right fit for the doctor and the hospital.

iHire: We often talk about the importance of influential company culture and how it relates to talent acquisition and retention. What is PetWell Partners’ culture?

JB: We’ve built a community of like-minded clinics that share ideas and knowledge, each one making the others better. We work closely with our clinics to ensure we’re supporting happy, healthy pets every single day.
