CT Technologist Jobs

Create diagnostic images of internal organs, bones, soft tissue, and blood vessels. CT technologists perform computed tomography (CT) tests—also called computerized axial tomography (CAT) scans. They prepare patients for examinations, inject contrast, and operate equipment precisely to adhere to safety protocols and deliver a clear image.

As they may need to communicate with patients about highly personal and sensitive information, CT technologists need to be empathetic, compassionate, and emotionally stable. They should also have effective administrative skills, as they must maintain records of the procedures they complete.
