Radiology Supervisor Jobs in Texas
A Radiology Supervisor is a critical individual in the radiology field who oversees the daily operations in a radiology department. Ideal candidates for this role should have a strong background in radiology, typically requiring certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and a state license. They should have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as extensive knowledge of radiology procedures and safety protocols. Prior relevant experience is essential, with possible job roles including Radiologic Technologist, CT Technologist, MRI Technologist, or Radiology Technologist Supervisor. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital operations is also beneficial, and some roles may require a Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or a related field.
