This contract opportunity requires an experienced professional to provide high-quality imaging services and routine nuclear medicine studies. Youll play a key role in patient care alongside an interdisciplinary team, utilizing advanced technology and adhering to clinical guidelines.
Schedule:
- 4x10-hour day shifts: 06:0017:30
- Every other weekend required
- Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
- Call coverage one week per month (weekdays: end of shift until 23:00; weekends: 07:0023:00)
- Holiday coverage as assigned based on contract period
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Nuclear Medicine experience
- Not accepting first-time travelers
- Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT-R, NMTCB
- Proficiency with Xceleris processing system, Fuji Synapse 5 PACS, AtomLab960 Thyroid Probe, Capintec CRC-55tR/CRC-15 Beta dose calibrators, LudLum Model 14C, Bicron 2000 survey meters
- Ability to operate Epic, PACS, Philips Skylight, Siemens Symbia Evo systems
- Must wear dark grey scrubs
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of imaging procedures in nuclear medicine
- Accurately process and review images using Xceleris and PACS
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot nuclear medicine equipment
- Collaborate with clinical teams and provide floating coverage within your scope as needed
- Adhere to compliance and orientation requirements to ensure timely start
- Assist with call and department coverage, including required major holiday shifts
