- Monday to Thursday, 1pm11pm
Qualifications:
- Certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT MRI or equivalent required)
- At least one year of experience operating MRI scanners in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and contrast administration
- Strong patient communication and care skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an imaging team
- Current BLS certification
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in imaging
- Properly position patients and operate MRI equipment in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor patient well-being during procedures, responding to their comfort and safety needs
- Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare staff to deliver timely imaging results
- Maintain accurate patient and procedure records using hospital EMR systems
- Adhere to all infection control and safety standards within the imaging department
- Participate in continuing education and training sessions as required
