ResponsibilitiesPerforms treatment planning by measuring and calculating radiation doses and develops optimum arrangement of radiation fields and exposures to treat patient.
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelors degree in Radiation Therapy Technology or related area.
2. Registered R.T.(T.) by the A.R.R.T.
3. Certified Medical Dosimetrist preferred.
4. Previous dosimetry experience with knowledge of Varian Eclipse treatment planning software desired.
5. Strong verbal and written skills.
6. Comprehensive Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory standards required.
