MRI Technologist Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to accurately follow physician scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images. The role supports radiology services in an outpatient setting and requires adherence to safety and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Technologist
• BLS certification
• Experience working in hospital or outpatient radiology environments preferred
• Ability to follow structured orientation programs; facility conducts orientation weekly on Mondays (orientation schedule provided by hiring facility)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with acute care hospital settings and a variety of service lines (cardiology, orthopedics, ED, surgical services)
• Familiarity with MRI safety protocols for Level 2 Nursery and stroke center patients preferred

• Shift hours: 08:00 - 17:00
