CT / X-Ray - Radiologic Technologist

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred.

3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

No previous experience allowed for Staff at Facility: Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Northern Light.

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: CTA studies, Experience with general studies

Preferred Skills / Experience: CT / X-Ray combination is preferred, but CT is a must

First Time traveler - Dependent upon interview

Experience with Siemens CT and XR equipment

Unit / Facility Details: Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying.

Special Requests: Roles requiring state licensure only: License should not expire within 45 days following start date

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.

Travel Pairs: If you are in a relationship, EMMC will not schedule you on the same days. If you are not in a relationship, you can be scheduled for the same days if not on the same shift/unit. Managers will not guarantee the same schedule for travel pairs.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Rotation: Varies based on need specifics will be sent over with requisition for interview (check with CRT if you do not receive this)

No call required

Holiday Expectations: Done in rotation with other techs

Schedule: 4-week schedules

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Drivers license required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

CT (Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography)

(R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
