Jackson HealthPros is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The role supports inpatient, outpatient, emergency, ICU, med-surg, operating room, and orthopedic/trauma imaging needs. Technology used includes Cerner EMR and Enterprise Imaging (AGFA) PACS, as well as Siemens Ysio and Multix Fusion rooms, Siemens Artis Zee fluoroscopy, OEC/Siemens/Ziehm C-arms in the OR, and Shimadzu DR mobile units.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT (R) certification required.
  • ME state radiography license required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Experience with OR/C-arm procedures required.
  • Experience with adult and geriatric populations; some pediatric/neonatal exposure preferred.
  • Experience using Cerner EMR and PACS (Enterprise Imaging/AGFA) preferred.
  • Ability to work in trauma and stroke center environments preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to fluoroscopy and mobile radiography preferred.
  • Prior experience in Level II trauma center or high-acuity hospital preferred.
  • One year of relevant clinical experience may be acceptable depending on type of experience.

Assignment Details

  • Location: Bangor, ME.
  • Facility type: Hospital, Level II Trauma Center and Certified Stroke Center.
  • Imaging settings: Outpatient, Inpatient, ED, ICU, OR, MedSurg, Orthopedic/Trauma.
  • Orientation: 11.5 weeks, based on experience.
  • Scheduling: 4-week schedules; weekend rotation and holiday rotation performed as needed and in rotation with other techs.
  • Call: No call required.
  • Floating: May float to fixed inpatient locations outside OR and portables.
  • Support: Lead Tech, Department Administration, internal transport, and on-site radiologist available.
  • PACS/EMR: Cerner and Enterprise Imaging (AGFA).
  • Parking: Free.
